Day 138 "Arlington Street Gate" pen, ink, marker, 9 x 12

I love this view into the Boston Public Garden from Arlington Street.  George Washington sits astride his horse, and the Garden unfolds behind him.  Walking out of the Garden from this gate puts you on Arlington Street with the gracious Commonwealth Avenue green space receding in front of you.  Thank you Frederick Law Olmsted!
This is my hundred thirty-eighth daily drawing.  Thank you for your attention.

Day 137 "Arlington Street" 5 x 9 mixed

Another scene that caught my eye in Boston.  Driving along Arlington Street with the Public Garden on the left, there is a great view down Arlington past the Arlington Street church toward the Park Plaza.  This was in the afternoon.  The sun is low in the west, which is to the right of the picture space, illuminating the flying flag.  I could study the light in the city all day.
This is my one hundred thirty-seventh daily drawing.  Thanks for looking, as always.
